Life can change in an instant. For our family, that moment came when our younger brother, Dixon, suffered a life-threatening fire accident as a child. In those first hours, we didn’t know what the future would hold. But what we did know was this: we weren’t facing it alone.
Neighbors showed up with meals. Friends filled hospital waiting rooms with prayer. Donations covered medical bills we never thought we’d manage. It wasn’t just our family fighting for Dixon’s life — it was our whole community.
Years later, Dixon is thriving. He’s in college now, studying agriculture — chasing his dreams with the same determination that carried him through recovery. His journey is a living reminder of what love, faith, and support can do.
The Castellows Foundation was born out of this experience. Dixon’s story taught us that even in the darkest times, light shines brightest when people come together. Today, we’re committed to carrying that same spirit forward — standing with farmers, students, first responders, and families when they need it most.
